Hello! This platform can be utilized for any type of business. I'm based in Northern Virginia. I've always had a passion to guide and teach people that are eager to learn.

Professional Background:

I began my career in Real Estate when I was quite young from Property Management, Resales, Foreclosures, Short sales, Land Sales and New Construction.

The Real Estate industry has evolved drastically over the years. When I began, the listing service all Realtors utilized was DOS based, in other words, very archaic. I was one of the youngest going into an industry where everyone was MUCH older and "experienced". Now I'm one of the "older" Realtors, however, don't let that fool you, I am keeping up with the younger generation as far as technology is concerned. In addition to my social abilities online, I have 35 years of experience to back it up.

Personal Accomplishments:

I have participated in the sale of over 600 homes. At one point in my career, through the Northern VA Association of Realtors, for several years in a row, one the award for Top New Homes Sales in Volume and Units. My Highest Gross Sales where 36 Million, with 77 personal transactions in my best years. This was as an individual, not as a team.

I recently authored a children's book about me and 2 of my beautiful Grandchildren, which are shown on the back cover of my book. This was based on a tea party that I held for them. You will also see the photo of my other 2 beautiful grandbabies. Love them all. I am married, now for 33 years, the mother of 3 grown children, and 2 gorgeous mini Australian Shepherds.
